Phenomenal Memory and Beyond

Project July Abandoned

Just two days after announcing Project July, Ruslan appeared suddenly and the 60-Day Pmemory Challenge will begin this July!

I was about to do an Improve Memory session @30 elements when I checked the forums to see Ruslan's update. That's why I wasn't able to do as session. Yesterday, I got a poor 3/20 in my first session. Tomorrow, I'll do two sessions: a 20-element session and a 30-element session.

I'll shoot a pre-Challenge video and if accepted, I'll use Ruslan's materials to prepare. But it seems it would be better to continue with my plan of doing Improve Memory sessions so I could get a head start. I'll also continue with my voice-improvement exercises.

***********************************************************************************

So the 60-day pmemory Challenges will begin on July 10, 2012. While the lessons that we'll use are pmemory 2.0, Ruslan's approach is new. Eventually, the lessons will be rewritten and released as pmemory 3.0

Here's Ruslan's update for the pmemory level 1 Challenge:

60 days Challenge. Level 1. Personal Phenomenal Memory.

Welcome :)

It took me a little while to think this project through. It is very easy to get excited and say "Yea, lets do it" and it is equally as easy to give up after few weeks. I really like the idea that so many of you are willing and eager to be part of this and on my side I did some careful preparation for this event so all of you can finish successfully. The main problem is that not all of you have tons of time to spare. Most of you got jobs and other things to do. 3 hours a day, every day is a big commitment, so This version of the training is designed to accommodate most of the challenges that you might be facing, not just in terms of training but also in terms of incorporating Phenomenal Memory Training into your life and doing it in a most efficient way.

However, I want to point out right the way that I am not going to do Magic Pills and other new Technologies on any of you. I am trying to keep this as limited as I can in terms of new information and technologies, but good news is that - what is minimum for me is HUGE for you :) in other words the new way of doing the course and the way I will be teaching it will make the course and training at least 10 times more efficient, not to mention massive implications on your daily life because of the new stuff that I will be teaching in this Module.

Some information will be provided on your day 1. Some will be provided during the training. It all depends on your results and level and number of challenges you will have. During these 60 days I will be very active inside the closed forum and all of you will have my full attention.

Short info about the training:

What is Pmemory 3.0?

I want to make it clear that you will be doing Pmemory 2.0 course. exactly the same course that is available right now to all students. What is different is how you will be doing it. The whole philosophy on how to build it is new and different and that will make it at least 10 times efficient. Later the course 2.0 will be also rewritten and heavily updated so this new approach will be available to all students. If you wont be able to be part of this challenge and you have no time for this, dont worry. It will be available soon to all.

Main principles:

1. The main problems with most students is the fact that instead of using their full potential to build the skill, they have to fight with yourself (with their emotions and their own mind) to do the lessons. It is obvious that this leads to massive loss of effectiveness. It creates massive struggle, frustrations and overall very weak results. So the first thing I will be teaching is how to stop the mind and take control over it so you can apply it with full force to the training. Just this little improvement will change everything for most of you.

2. Then we will address the body and health and make sure your body have the right fuel and it is in overall good, healthy condition, so it doesnt have to struggle trying to survive. Most of you are so far from understanding what your body truly need and how to truly use the body potential to achieve the task, that it makes the truly incredible result impossible. Finally you wont need to worry if this or that will work for you. It will and you will feel the difference. In other words, if you put beer instead of gasoline into the car dont be surprised that it hardly functions. Again, I will keep this info to the minimum, but all the main parts will be covered.

3. Addressing basic emotional issues and getting rid of them so you dont have to fight through them while doing lessons.

4. Understanding and taking control of the opposite flow. (instead of fighting through something making it push you forward).

5. Understanding the 2nd speed of the brain. In short, there are 3 speeds of the brain. (More than that actually but for the purpose of this explanation I will use just 3).

1st - Speed of relaxation. This is the speed most people are in all the time. When you watch TV, read a book, do crosswords or puzzles, etc. The thing is that brain constantly adapts to the new tasks and then just falls a sleep because there is nothing for it to do. For example when you start playing a new Memory game, at first brain is learning what is happening, figures out whats going on and how it works and then just runs a program that automatically do the task. So when person thinks he is training his memory or attention, in fact he is fooling himself. There is little or no improvement.

2nd - Active learning. When you put truly noticeable demand on your brain it begin to operate on completely different speed. This is happening when you actually need to learn something and not just for fun but for the true result. For example new language, preparing for the Exam or doing Pmemory. The problem is that after years and years of sleeping brain and organisms as a whole trying to get back to Sleep mode so it can just sit and do nothing. I will talk more about this speed inside.

3rd Speed will be explain in Level 2 challenge description.

6. Life Adjustment and Self Adjustment for the new way of functioning.

Participation requirements:

It will take 3 hours or more daily to do this. about 2 hours per course lessons. 1 hour for additional exercises and additional time if you want to read my new materials and things I will be teaching that will be about self improvement, learning and life in general and other things that will benefit you.

You will have to provide 2 video testimonials. 1st Before the Challenge. 2nd After the Challenge.

The Challenge will begin in July 10th. Before this day you have to send me the 1st video testimonial and it has to be accepted. After that you will have access to the closed forum and you can begin to read ad prepare for the challenge.

The Final Testimonials have to be provided before September 10th after completing lesson 59. All people who will fail to do that will be considered as failed.

There will be official list inside the School. List of all those who Succeed and list of those who failed. If you succeed you will be able to go to the next levels Free of Charge. If you succeed with the next levels you can go to the next level free of charge, all the way through my all new projects and products.
If you fail you will be able to do the challenge again but you will not be able to be in Success List, all you can achieve is a remark and correction in the Failure list that you have succeed from the second attempt. Also there will be no free access to future materials.

*******************************************************************************

Ruslan also release the descriptions of what we could potentially achieve once we master the 59 lessons of pmemory level 1. And oh my, this is what I've wanted to do even before I discovered pmemory.

60 days Challenge. Level 2. Personal Genius.

Short information about Level 2 Challenge.

This is not for everyone :) Its a training like no other. A lot of information will be covered and overall it is not about memory training anymore its about complex development of ability to understand and learn. Whole Brain and Whole Intelligence development. Becoming a Truly Smart/Clever individual who can understand anything he wants with no struggle and with no delays. Its almost like having A Universal Skill, Shape and Ability that can be applied to anything.

Here is some details about how it works:

1. Ability to memorize 1000 elements using MM and more.

2. You will be practising to learn and understand Impossibly Challenging information. Like Hardcore advanced Physics, Chemistry, Math etc. Stuff that its basically impossible to learn and understand without years of doing it, yet you will be able to do it.

3. 3rd Brain Speed. I used to call it an over voluntary attention. When brain is forced to handle an incredible load it will turn on special parts of the brain inside that will release the boost chemicals. It is literally like a next operational level of the brain. This chemical is not harmful and with training you can learn to turn it on and off at will.
This is the old description I used years ago:

I call this state over-voluntary attention. When you are in this state your attention easily can be kept on one task and you are not getting tired. You don’t feel any discomfort at all. A person who is in this state looks like a lightly drunken one. Your body feels very light, your mind is unbelievably clear. All visual images become very vivid, your attention can be controller with ease, your memory works very neatly. You also might see a light white fog everywhere. If you are deeply in this state you might not understand what people are saying to you. You will hear them saying stuff but you won’t understand it. Nothing can disturb you. This state remains ON for a few hours.

After 60 days of this Challenge:

you will be able to understand and figure out anything on the fly.
There will be no need to practise with MM anymore. You will be able to turn on 3rd brain speed and just easily handle any mental task you need to handle.
We are basically talking about Impossible Mental shape, where you cant be overwhelmed. Extreme Ability to learn and understand.

Requirements:

1. You have to successfully finish Challenge Level 1.

2. You have to complete lesson 60, which is 1 book memorization and make a video testimonial where you show and talk about the book you have memorized and your overall final thoughts about your progress and School of Phenomenal Memory.

3. You have to be able to memorize 300 elements of Information using Memorization Master. (Score does not matter. Only the fact that you can handle the load matters. (attempt to memorize 300 elements))

Short Level 3 Info:

Memorization Without Support Images.
Effortless Memorization/Learning/Studying
Ability to memorize Unlimited Number of Elements using MM.
Effortless Surf through Memorized information, Instant Speed, No review of memorized Information necessary with ability to recall information that has not been memorized intentionally but is stored in the brain.

I can understand why Ruslan was hesistant to talk about these advanced levels of pmemory. The description of what we could do once we clear pmemory level 1 is already outrageous. Pmemory level 1 has already been receiving a lot of shit from the Mnemotechnical Establishment that it is easy for close-minded dudes to call The School of Phenomenal Memory a scam. Having said that, pmemory levels 2 and above (who knows, there might appear a level 4) are simply outside most people's reality.

This is unfortunate. If Level 1 is the only thing there is, it could change my life once I master it. And perhaps, once many people are into pmemory, it could change the world.

Indeed, pmemory is not for everyone, but I truly hope that people in pursuit of self-actualization will read the descriptions and something inside them click, i.e. that they may be motivated to give pmemory a chance, that they may feel that pmemory might actually be the missing piece in unlocking our full potential.

Using Improve Memory - Project July Day 1: 20 Elements

This is Day 1 of my Project July. During Project July, I concentrate on doing several mental exercises to improve my attention, concentration, and visualization. I shall not be doing any pmemory lesson. I'll be preparing for them by trying to work on my attention first. I believe that through this regimen, I'll be in a better mental shape when I start my 60-day Pmemory Challenge starting August 1, 2012.

In this video, I show myself starting to work with the Improve Memory Software. Today, I'll be dealing with 20 elements. Tomorrow, I'll deal with 30 elements, adding 10 elements each following day disregarding my score.

The goal is to train my brain to do many quality connections in one sitting. Eventually, I expect the scores to pickup.

Reading the Self-Confidence Formula - June 29, 2012

This is Day 7 of doing voice-improvement exercises. Fortunately, I am making progress. Right now, I can speak with a much louder volume, in fact louder than yesterday.

The only problem I have to work right now is my enunciation. I really have this habit of trying to read as fast as I can. As a result, even with speaking, I tend to speak fast thereby making me to "eat my words."

So there. In my next readings, while maintaining good volume and breathing, I'll try to enunciate every word. I'll forego of phrasing for now.

Tomorrow and Sunday, I'm not going to do any voice exercises or do a reading of the Self-Confidence Formula. I don't have time to do these as I want to commit my time to doing pmemory related exercises as well as the Improve Memory Software.

Improve Memory Software - Memorization Master

The Improve Memory software aka Memorization Master is a special memory improvement software from The School of Phenomenal Memory.

A student of this School can start training with it after Lesson 12 or after learning the two-digit Figurative Codes. Aside from doing the 59 lessons, each student is urged to train with this software

In this video, I demonstrate its use.

The purpose of the Improve Memory Software is two-fold:

1. To test your current memorization ability

Given a sequence of 20 two-digit numbers, how many of them can you memorize. This software allows you to see how much you can handle right now.

2. To improve your memorization skill

There are two variables that you can tweak to improve your memorization skill. First, starting from 20 elements, add 10 elements per day until you reach 300 elements. The more elements you can handle, the more information you can memorize at a given time.

The standard speed by which you should memorize is at most 6 seconds per connection. By training your attention and concentration, you can be able to reduce the amount needed to memorize. From 6 seconds each connection, you can reduce this to 4 seconds. Some people I know can memorize at 1 second per connection!

Now why bother with this software?

After some thinking, it dawned on me that even if a student were able to finish all 59 lessons, he may still not develop Phenomenal Memory IF HE DOESN'T TRAIN WITH IMPROVE MEMORY.

By definition, a Phenomenal Memory allows you to memorize large volumes of information including entire books. This can be demonstrated by flashing 300 elements and scoring at least 90%, i.e. you have a Phenomenal Memory when out of 300 elements you get at least 270 right.

If you do not have a Phenomenal Memory after finishing the 59 lessons by refusing to train with Improve Memory, then you may be too familiar with the techniques and methods of memorizing books, but you'll find yourself in a quandary. You cannot memorize real-world data. You cannot memorize books.

Let me tell you about Brandon (nshs). Using GMS techniques as well as the attention and concentration he developed from training with Improved Memory software, he was able to memorize the book by Anthony Robbins titlted Awaken The Giant Within.

The book is over 500 pages. He mentioned that on average, there are 6 images per page. So all in all, Brandon dealt with over 3,000 images!

A person with a Phenomenal Memory can easily memorize this book in a day or two, perhaps a week. But if you can only memorize 5 images at a time, it will take you several months or not at all to memorize this book.

Truly, you can only develop a Phenomenal Memory by going through the lessons AND training with the Improve Memory software. Therefore, it is a crucial component in your training as a student of the School of Phenomenal Memory.

Never neglect training with it!

Appendix to Project July

Seeing that Brandon (nshs) is doing the Sedona Method, I might as well follow suit. I first read a description of this method nearly a decade ago. I tried it out but it did not work with me that that. Earlier this year, I was experiencing a personal crisis which triggered a deep-seated resentment. I remembered this method and it helped me to release it. The following morning, after releasing, I felt an immense feeling of calm, serenity, and tranquility - something I haven't felt for so many years. So it works even at the basic levels of using it. Too bad that I did not make a habit of doing it. So now, I'll now now commit to add The Sedona Method Release Technique in my routine for Project July. Even though I believe Ruslan's Magic Pill is better, we don't know when Ruslan will open Light Academy. So I better use whatever resources I have. And even though I could benefit from the Sedona Method if I could memorize books like Brandon, I'll make good of whatever gain I could get till I develop the skill.

What is the Sedona Method Release Technique?

The Sedona Method Release Technique is an emotional healing system developed by physicist Lester Levenson. When he was dying and had only 3 months to live, he stumbled upon a primitive form of this method and released all his negativity. And the rest was history. This guy lived longer and died in his 90s.

Lester's Method used to be called The Sedona Method Release Technique. Soon after Lester died, a schism between Lester's two top proteges took place. As a result, instead of just one company teaching The Sedona Method Release Technique, there are two. One is led by Hale Dwoskin, who now owns the trademark The Sedona Method; and the other is led by Larry Crane, who owns the trademark The Release Technique.

Since the courses published by Dwoskin and Crane are essentially the same, I refer to them with the umbrella term The Sedona Method Release Technique. Both can be traced to the same source, Lester Levenson. New students of this Method would be drawn either to Hale or Larry depending on who's teaching style resonates to him more.

Where to Learn the Sedona Method Release Technique?
If you will just casually
dabble with this, just read this free resource. This is where I first learned about it.
http://www.trans4min.../emotions3.html

I believe there is more to the Method than what was described in the link. But this should get you started.

Project July

I just made the following in my pmemory journal. I'll be reposting it here.

I mentioned in an earlier post that I'll be starting my own 60-day pmemory Challenge without Ruslan's new materials starting July 1. Right now, I'll forgo with this plan. I'll still wait for Ruslan. If he still doesn't make an official start by August 1, I'll really start my own Challenge.

Here are the reasons why I'll back off from my earlier plan.

First, I created two test videos on how I would perform if I were to make daily video reports. These sucked! I cannot stand seeing and hearing myself on video with a horrible voice. As a result, I decided to do voice-improvement exercises. To measure my progress, I'm recording myself as I read Napoleon Hill's Self-Confidence Formula. Yesterday was Day 5 of doing such exercises. Here's my voice so far.

http://audioboo.fm/b...cf-27-june-2012

So I am making it a side project to improve my voice before I do the Challenge and make daily video reports.

Next reason is even without doing the lessons, there are factors I can work on to improve my result: These factors include physical health as well as attention and visualization.

I've been reading larryt's journal and even though I have no official diagnosis of ADD/ADHD, I have some of its manifestations. I find myself easy to be distracted. I find multi-tasking a compulsion. Right now, I have 11 tabs in my browser. My attention span lasts only a few minutes before taking a mini-break. So if Larry was able to deal with his attention issues, then certainly I can too. I simply need to follow a similar routine of doing attention-improvement exercises on top of official GMS materials such as the Psychotechnical exercises.

So here's what I'll use:

With attention and concentration as my biggest hurdle to getting a Phenomenal Memory, I've realized that unless I deal with this I may not be successful in the 60-Day Pmemory Challenge if Day 1 were to start today.

Last night I'm through with the two-digit Figurative Codes. There's still lot of work to do, but my grasp of these FCs is enough to start working with the Improve Memory software. In my reading of the forums especially other journals, it dawned on me that success with developing a Phenomenal Memory as well as the ability to use it in real life hinges on whether or not you can perform really well in the Improve Memory software. As a matter of fact, it troubles me to think that one may work through the whole 59 lessons and still not get Phenomenal Memory because of his inability to perform well in Improve Memory. Therefore, it is just logical that I start with it. Even though I won't be touching the lessons for now, waiting for Ruslan's official date or August 1 whichever comes first, I can still improve.

For today, I'll be building support images for Improve Memory, then start tomorrow at 20 elements. My plan is to have at least two sets of support images for Improve Memory. On the first set, I'll not be outcome dependent. Meaning I couldn't care less if I score 0. The point is to train my brain to get used to working with ever increasing number of elements. So tomorrow, I'll start with 20; the following day, 30; and so on until I reach 300. Even though I won't care if I score 0, I'll try my best to get a quality connection so I could score decently.

On the other set of support images, I'll try my best to score really well. I'll need about 20-50 support images for this. While on the first set, I might be trying to deal with 100 or more elements. On the second set, I'll be working with 50 or less elements and try to improve my score. Eventually, I'll be developing other sets of support images. Larry seems to be doing well by doing several sessions of 50 elements.

So there. This is Project July.

Speak soon,

Steve

Memory and Personal Development

My friend Brandon Dean has written an article explaining the link between memory and personal development. He explained very well why you should develop a good memory in pursuit of improving yourself and why not doing so limits the growth you could be having.

This is the primary reason why I joined the School of Phenomenal Memory.

What Role Memory Plays In Personal Development

Let me tell you a story, I used to be stuck. Stuck hard. I would read and listen to all of these tapes and courses and still not apply it. I thought there was something wrong with ME. Why can I not apply what I have learned? Then it hit me, I don’t remember 25% of the stuff I try to apply! When I do apply something I have to keep what ever it is directly in front of me getting frustrated because I have to phase back between change and whatever the process I am trying to learn!

Reading the Self-Confidence Formula - June 26, 2012

This is Day 4 of me reading the self-confidence formula and doing voice-improvement exercises.

No update from Ruslan but tonight I'll be thinking through a wonderful plan to improve while waiting for him to lay out his 60-day pmemory challenge.

Reading the Self-Confidence Formula - June 25, 2012

Sorry, I had not been able to do my daily reading yesterday. No voice exercises although I was still trying to be conscious of my breathing and make this a habit. Anyway, I've done another round of breathing exercises. I'll do more tomorrow.

No update from Ruslan, but I have another plan to improve with GMS while waiting for Ruslan's 60 Day Challenge.

Still No Update from Ruslan

Ok. It's almost 9 AM SNG/HK time. Still no update from Ruslan on when the 60-Day Challenges will begin. Anyway, I'll just share his last update. It's a good preview on what Phenomenal Memory Level 2 is.

Phenomenal Memory Level 1 is the original 59 lessons of pmemory.

Level 2 is having even more awesome abilities like beign able to memorize without support images.

Anyway, a graduate student was saying that while doing the Level 2 Personal Genius Challenge, he would do the Level 1 lessons again. This is what Ruslan said.

u dont need to do the course again. its boring. better create 1000 support images, you will need it for the Personal Genius Challenge.

btw

Level 1. Personal Phenomenal Memory.

59 lessons. pmemory 2.0

Considered completed if:

1. You have completed all 59 lessons. and you have provided a video Testimonial where you showed at least 1 book you have memorized. (all testimonials that has been sent by graduated students without a memorized book - dont count and not accepted)
2. You can handle memorization of the 300 elements using MM. ( your score does not really matter. What matters is that you can handle the load.)

Student will be able to get access to Level 2 challenge only after meeting these requirements.

It seems that Phenomenal Memory is really the shit! To nonGMS systems, once a sufficient number of people get past pmemory Level 2, expect to get your ass kicked in World Memory Championships should some Level 2 graduates choose to participate.

Reading the Self-Confidence Formula - June 23, 2012

So far, no details from Ruslan on when the Challenge will really begin. Anyway, today is Day 2 of doing voice improvement exercises. So far so good. I am already feeling a very good feeling that I am doing this.

Also, I read from Eckhart Tolle's A New Earth to focus on our breathing to be present. Guess what? This is exactly what I'm doing by practicing diaphragmatic breathing.

Anyway, I hear in my head that my voice has improved but it hasn't really translated well yet with the recording. I hope by Friday, a lot of improvement would have taken place.

Reading the Self-Confidence Formula - June 22, 2012

Just today, I did several voice improvement exercises. The focus of these exercises was proper, diaphragmatic breathing. This is great. I remember Ruslan that will provide some breathing and relaxation exercises to accompany the pmemory lessons. It seems that by doing these breathing exercises to improve my voice, I am making a head start. Not only will I be able to provide a good video report, I'll feel more relaxed.

Before Doing Voice Exercises - Self-Confidence Formula by Napoleon Hill

After doing two test videos in preparation for doing daily video reports of my progress in the upcoming 60-day Pmemory Challenge Transformation, it became clear that my voice does not sound really well in video.

I know that I have a horrible voice and I've been thinking of improving it. Alas! This is one of the areas of my life where I've been procrastinating. Since I'll be doing daily reports, an improvement in my voice is a very urgent matter.

In this video, I'll be reading Napoleon Hill's Self-Confidence Formula. It originally came from his Law of Success in Sixteen Lessons then found its way in Think and Grow Rich. I'll be reading this material to give me the baseline of the quality of my voice. After a month of doing daily voice improvement exercises, I'll come back and shoot a video reading Self-Confidence Formula. By then, I hope I have sufficiently improved my voice.

Speak soon,

Steve

Get a Phenomenal Memory in 60 Days! - Test Video 2

Ok. I shot this video 1 am my time so I had to whisper. From then, I learned that I can comfortably speak while whispering. I need to do vocal exercises to improve the range by which I could speak comfortably and naturally.

Anyway, in this video, I ranted about my hitherto unsatisfying life and my hope that by developing a Phenomenal Memory, I'll be able to have a better life than before. It turned out that I have a lot of things to things to say, and I will never run out. I only need to be comfortable speaking, organizing my thoughts, and PRACTICE.

OK. The raw clip is 6 GB. At 6 minutes plus, a raw video clip is 1 GB. Upon encoding, the final video will become on average 7 MB per minute. The one I've uploaded is 26.4 MB.

**********************************************************************************************************

**************************************************************************************************************

As of today, Ruslan hasn't given an update on when the 60 - day pmemory challenge will actually begin. I still believe that his next update may be later, Saturday, or Sunday.

If you are not yet a student of the School of Phenomenal Memory but you have the time to devote 3-5 hours everyday for the next 2-3 months, then you'll love to be part of this School and join this Challenge.

All you need to do is go to

Speak soon,

Steve.

P.S. I don't think I would ever want to shoot at night ever again with the lighting problem. During the Challenge, it would be imperative to do my video report during the Afternoon.

Get a Phenomenal Memory in 60 Days! - Test Video 1

I've just made a test video. This is my first time creating a video of myself talking in front of a webcam to upload to Youtube.

The first time I tried recording myself, my software generated a 1 GB AVI; that freaked me out.

My test video is 1 minutes and 40 seconds. This is 1.4 GB in sized, then I re-encoded it to MP4 which yielded an 8.11 MB file! WOW.

So I don't really have to worry about the file size of what I'll be uploading. It's jsut that I would need space if I am to make 5 minute or more videos the first time.

Get a Phenomenal Memory in 60 Days! - Day 0

It's June 14th here in the Philippines. I am Elevic Pernis aka Steve.

I'll be joining Ruslan Mescerjakov's 60 Day Phenomenal Memory Transformational Challenge. It's a challenge to develop a Phenomenal Memory in 60 Days.
Since Ruslan lives in Hawaii where the timezone is -10 GMT, while here in my place is like +8 GMT, I'll wait for his instructions.

So I think instead of today, Day 1 will be tomorrow. I'll draft my first testimonial script so if ever I'll do a video tomorrow.

Now before I go, this journey is important. A lot of people fail to follow through with the pmemory lessons. Why? People usually have several issues outside of the lessons that prevent them from doing the lessons properly. I am not exempted here.

In the 60 Day Challenge, Ruslan will introduce some material from Pmemory 3.0. Even though it is not the completely re-engineered course yet, he is confident that if we follow his program and suggestions, a phenomenal memory in 60 days is attainable. And if it could be demonstrated that such is possible, I am pretty sure Ruslan would take a lot of new customers. I for one would be glad to help Ruslan in his business as long as he delivers.http://phenomenalmemoryreview.blogspot.com
